In order to prevent problems in sewing applications right form the start, we test all new threads in advance in our technical sewing applications department. We subject them to far tougher conditions than they would usually be exposed to in normal industrial production processes. That is why when customers choose our threads, they do so in the knowledge that their production efficiency will not be compromised.
Sewing techniques and sewing machines are complex and complicated mechanisms, especially those used in industrial production. They call for comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge that increasingly threatens to be forgotten. Gütermann is committed to preventing this happen. We regularly hold training courses and seminars, both in house and also in our customers´ and partners´ premises. For companies, organisations colleges and research associations.
In the end, everything revolves around the questions "What is possible?" and "What is not?" Seemingly quite simple factors, but sometimes everything depends on getting them right. It´s nice to know that there´s someone who can help you out. We see service primarily as a benefit to our customers, and that includes personal consulting. On location, if possible. But if not, then definitely via the world wide web.
