The transformation process took less than 6 months to complete. With its family-owned shareholder structure, Gütermann SE has not only become a pioneer in the Southern Region of Baden-Württemberg but also a pioneer on a national level.
During the Annual General Meeting of the Gütermann AG on June 14, 2008, the shareholders unanimously decided to transform Gütermann AG into Gütermann SE.
Already, since May 16th, 2008, it has been possible to negotiate the necessary agreements over questions of participation, the future SE work council, as well as negotiating with the Worker Agency.
The transformation does not include a personnel change within the Board or the Supervisory Board of Gütermann SE. The new commercial register number is: HRB 702658.
Gütermann AG is only changing its legal form. While still keeping its identity, Gütermann AG is transferred with unrestricted economic and legal continuity into the new legal form SE.
